As I wake up/arise/begin my day, Lord, I come before you/seek your presence/turn to you. I need/desire/long for your strength/power/guidance to face/meet/conquer the challenges/trials/opportunities that lie ahead/await me/come my way. Fill/Grant/Bestow me with your spirit/energy/grace so that I may serve/act/live with courage/faithfulness/purpose. Help me to remain/stay/keep focused/committed/grounded on your will/path/ways.

As the day draws to a close and darkness gently envelops upon the world, I turn my thoughts and heart toward you, oh Lord. Bestow upon me the gift of rest, a peaceful slumber that restores both body and soul.

Let go from any lingering worries or anxieties that may disturb my mind. Fill me with your love so that I may drift off to sleep with a sense of tranquility. Appreciate you for the blessings of this day and for your unwavering protection. I commit myself to your care, believing that in your gentle embrace, I am safe.

As I lay down my bed tonight, I offer praise for all the blessings in my life. I thank you for the safety of my home and the support of those around me. I pray that you guide me throughout the night, and fill me with your peace.
